In the Lost Ark, there are many ghastly enemies and bosses to defeat, but many players are not sure about his location. Here, we'll tell you how to find and defeat the Rudric and Salt Giant.
Where to find Rudric in Lost Ark?
Players can find Rudric around the graveyard located within Rethramis Border. More specifically, you'll want to check out the southwestern side of the graveyard.
Rudric may look like a creature that belongs to another world, but he was once a high priest within the Holy Sacrian Empire. As the empire became more associated with dark magic, it also became the doom of Rudric.
He will spawn there every 30 minutes. If killed, you will need to wait until he spawns there again. Taking on Rudric by yourself may look tempting, but you can defeat him much faster when you have a numbers advantage on your side. Even if your friends don't need to kill Rudric, there will always be other players looking to group up to get through the encounter faster.
This works because the game puts different groups of people on the server on separate channels. Rudric spawns on one of those channels. So, keep an eye out on the chat to see if anyone shouts about Rudric appearing on their channel. Ask them which channel they are on (they can see this information at the top right corner of their screen, above the minimap). Once you find out where he is, teleport to that channel and kill him – either with friends or randoms. Defeating him will award you a +1 to Courage, and some nice loot, like lost ark gold.
Regardless of how you choose to approach Rudric, it would help if you stacked up on potions and grenades, which will allow you to retain your range advantage over the boss.
Where to find Salt Giant in Lost Ark?
The Salt Giant is located southeast of Saland Hills city, on the Aregal Salt Plains in Lost Ark.
Similar to other world bosses, Salt Giant also spawns every 30 minutes, so if you can't seem to find it in the location below, you'll need to wait for it to respawn.
Once the Salt Giant has been found, it's time for the fight. Call out in region chat what channel you're in to get other players to help with the World Boss. The boss fight is a relatively straightforward tank-and-spank.
The boss will randomly focus players damaging it, but the minions are negligible. As is tradition, stay out of the scary red zones, watch your health, and peel off the boss as necessary for healing and various buffs. The Salt Giant has chunky armor — your best bet is to target weak spots and stack staggers to bypass this.
For the headache of tracking this World Boss down and ending the piles of salt, players can expect a nice bevy of loot, including a chest and another mark for the Adventurer's Tome.
