Oshabi and the Sacred Grove
In Harvest, players meet a new character called Oshabi who was cast out by the Azmeri, a simple people who condemn superstitious activity. Oshabi's interest in the powerful potential of the land makes her lose touch with the practices of the Azmeri and begin a quest to find her own identity.
Seed Caches are a major addition to the game you can plant them in a new area called the Sacred Grove. It's almost like a new activity because you have to grow them and defend them against monsters. There are a number of tiers so even high-level players will find collecting and planting Seed Caches rewarding.
Powerful Crafting System
The Harvest League introduces an extensive and uniquely powerful crafting system. We can't wait to see how Path of Exile players pushes the potential of Harvest's powerful crafting to its limits."
New Unique Items and Rebalancing Existing Uniques
The Harvest adds unique items such as Doryani's Prototype (for those who love electrocuting their foes), as well as the Arcanist Brand which lets you link multiple spells that will trigger in quick succession. Harvest will also make significant changes to existing uniques in the loot pool. Expect over 50 unique items to get some cool and refreshing changes to their functionality.

The most popular (and abusive) Brand build has been rebalanced to be slightly weaker, though there will be new options for players to try out in Path of Exile: Harvest. The league will have three new Brand skills and one new Brand support skill, such as Arcanist Brand, Penance Brand, and Wintertide Brand.
Revamping The Passive Skill Tree
Then, there is also the Passive Skill Tree that sees a further expansion in its already expansive setting. It pertains to the addition of fresh passive skills, numerical buffs, as well as keystone passives.
Mark Improvement Stability and Performance
Lastly, the game will also mark an improvement over its stability and performance, giving players a smoother experience than before.
