Path of Exile 3.10.0, also known as Delirium expansion launched for PC on March 13. Knowing that you are most concerned about PoE builds now, so we have brought you the top-level of the new league, you can try them in the Path of Exile Delirium.
Skeleton Necromancer
The Summoner, one of the strongest starting characters starting from 3.9 the Conquerors of the Atlas expansion, would be nerfed in 3.10 Delirium, but it is still nigh-unstoppable combining with the Witch's Necromancer ascendency.
Under the influence of Delirium, the summoners will likely keep the powerful and safe playstyle that they are currently masters at, especially Skeletons, which are the easiest to gear for an upgrade, can be used to kill nearly every boss in the game with minimal currency investment. Using Skeletons with the Witch's Necromancer ascendency makes this playstyle even stronger.
The Skelemancer build is a very safe Delirium summoner build that can be safe throughout all content (which makes it very hardcore viable). With such high effective HP (9000-11000) it's the safest Uber Elder farmer build out there. On top of that, you'll also have 70% Phy's reduction, decent regeneration and solid mapping speed considering it's a summoner build. What makes it really nice is that you don't need to worry about having corpses to summon from (as you do for Spectres and Zombies). Overall, if you enjoy playing summoners then make sure to give this build a try as it's viable for Delirium HC, SC, and SSF.
Arc Trapper
From Metamorph League of POE 3.9, the Arc skill has been increased its effective chaining radius and a small buff. Also, it will become the most promising playstyle in POE 3.10.0.
While casting Arc is a viable option, a more interesting way of playing an Arc character is by supporting the skill with traps. Traps can benefit from trap-specific support gems, passive nodes, and some of the Saboteur's powerful ascendency notables. Throw a cluster of these Arc traps at a cluster of enemies or a boss and they'll die almost instantly. They don't clear Maps as fast as other archetypes, but they are easy to gear and don't require significant game knowledge to use effectively.
In the case you plan on rushing through the PoE Delirium league and getting rich on day 1/2, Arc or Lightning Spire Trapper/Miner is going to be the best Delirium beginner build. Since Atziri has a lot of phases it's pretty easy to just instakill her due to the nature of traps and mines– you just set them up and see the boss hp melt! Even if you just plan on mapping it's a pretty solid build though beware this build is REALLY mana hungry so you'll have to run a mana flask most of the time. Due to the setup of most Arc/LS trap or miner passive trees, your life will be incredibly low until level 60+ so it's not a preferred choice for Hardcore Delirium. Therefore, this Build 3.10 Build is SC and SSF viable.
Herald of Agony
Heralds are unique buffs affecting the players who cast them through providing elemental damage bonuses and mechanical buffs to clear hordes of enemies easier.
Herald of Agony is a strange Herald, summoning a poisonous scorpion that deals absurd damage as virulence stacks increase. What makes this ability so powerful is how it requires nearly no gear to work properly, only requiring a six link to reach most of its potential. While 6 links can be hard to find or craft, a Tabula Rasa can suffice during leveling until you can afford to create or buy a 6 linked Bow or chest plate. Pathfinder is a good ascendency for this, granting poison proliferation and extra damage with this skill.
Essence Drain and Contagion
Essence Drain fires a chaos orb that deals a massive amount of damage over time in a large area.
Contagion will then deal with its own damage over time in a much larger radius, which can then spread the effect of both itself and Essence Drain if an enemy dies.
The skill combination of Essence Drain and Contagion increases by taking the power of Ice Nova and Frostbolt, applying a massive Chaos debuff on enemies, dealing obscene amounts of damage a second, and spreading it to everyone in the radius to kill nearly every boss in the game. Tricksters benefit greatly from this playstyle, granting additional survivability with Ghost Shrouds and even more damage over time! As a result, Essence Drain and Contagion is a safe and incredible choice for better POE builds.
Essence Drain & Contagion is going to be very popular in this league because it's one of the best clearings builds in the game. While the single-target damage is average at best (compared to other builds), it is quite enjoyable to destroy the entire screen (and even off-screen) with a single cast.
The above are the best 4 starting builds in POE 3.10 Delirium, hopefully, useful to you. Of course, how can you run the POE build without the POE currency? It can help you increase your strength and kill more and more powerful enemies. Buy PoE Currency Xbox, PC, PS4, Eznpc.com is your best bet, deal safe, low price, 5-10 minutes to complete delivery.
